How do I get access to a class I purchased?
Locate your confirmation email:
After your purchase, you will receive two emails. One will be a receipt email with the details of your purchase. The other will be a confirmation email that will have a Access Link or Bundle Link along with instructions on how to access your purchase.
- Most confirmation emails are delivered to your inbox within 20 minutes, however, depending on your payment method and how fast it processes, it can take up to 4 hours to receive the email.
- If you do not see your confirmation email within 3-4 hours, please check your All Mail, Promotions, Spam and Junk folders.
- Try searching access@milanartinstitute.com in your email, this will be the address that the confirmation email is sent from.
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email, please email our Artist Support team at info@milanart.com, and we'll be happy to help you get access as quickly as possible.
Once you have located your confirmation email:
- Open the email and click on the 'Bundle Link' or 'Access Link'.
- You may be asked to log in if you are already a member.
- If this is your first purchase, or you have yet to create an account, you may be asked to create an account.
- Accept access to the class
- Check the menu in Milan Art Institute app/website and you should see your purchase.
- There are several areas, Masterclasses, Courses, Programs, make sure to check whichever one applies to your purchase.
Troubleshooting:
- If using the link doesn't work the first time, after logging in or creating an account, try the access link for a second time.
- Unable to create an account - Try clearing your browser history or cookies, using a different device, or copy and paste the bundle/access link into a private browser window.
- Not receiving the email with the code? - send a message to our host platform by emailing help@mightynetworks.com.
- Unable to log in
- Password reset - Try resetting your password. If you don't receive the password reset email, send a message to our host platform by emailing help@mightynetworks.com.
