I've paid for the Mastery Program, how do I get access?

If you registered for the Mastery Program prior to February 2024:

Please contact support@milanartinstitute.com and our Artist Support team will provide you with instructions on how to access the program. 

For new students:

When you register for the Mastery Program, you are signing up for a specific start date. On your start date, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to access the program. 

  • Haven't received your email?
    • Search your inbox for mastery@milanartinstitute.com
    • Check your All Mail, Promotions, Spam and Junk folders
    • Pay attention to the time - the email is normally sent between 8am and 12pm ET, USA. 
  • If you haven't received the email within 24 hours of your start date, please email our support team at support@milanartinstitute.com
  • Once you receive your email, there will be links and instructions inside to help you get access to the program. 

Troubleshooting:

  • If using the link doesn't work the first time, after logging in or creating an account, try the access link for a second time. 
  • Unable to create an account - Try clearing your browser history or cookies, using a different device, or copy and paste the bundle/access link into a private browser window.
    • Not receiving the email with the code? - send a message to our host platform by emailing help@mightynetworks.com.
  • Unable to log in 
    • Password reset - Try resetting your password. If you don't receive the password reset email, send a message to our host platform by emailing help@mightynetworks.com.
