How Much Studio Space Do I Need?
Don't worry if you aren't able to have an exclusively dedicated studio space, you only need a few things to get started:
- Wall space or floor space for your easel, depending on the type.
- A place for storing supplies
- Don't be afraid to get creative here! Baskets, shoe boxes, milk crates, reclaimed dressers or cabinets, all make for great affordable (if not free) storage solutions
- A table for working with liquids and varnishing, the floor is even a great place if you have the space available.
Getting started is the most important step, so don't let anything hold you back!
