How can I update my billing information?
Card Payments:
We have 2 ways to update your billing information:
- Go to your most recent emailed receipt for your payment plan and click on the link that says Customer Hub. This is where you will be able to see your payments as well as update your payment information.
- If you are unable to find your receipt with the link, you can email us at info@milanart.com, and our team will be happy to help!
PayPal Payments:
- To update your card information that is used through PayPal, you will need to log into your PayPal account and update it. We do not have your card or bank account information if you are using PayPal.
- Please note you are not able to switch from PayPal to a card payment through the hub. Please email info@milanart.com and the Artist Support Team will be happy to help!
