How can I reset my password on Milan Art?

Please make sure you are attempting to log into app.milanart.com/sign_in  using the same email you used to make your purchases.

You may reset your password by using this link: https://app.milanart.com/forgot-password. Be mindful that one only lasts for an hour but you can always get a new one from the link above. Please make sure to check your Spam folder for these emails.  

If you are not receiving the reset email, it is either because you have unsubscribed from our platform emails or you are attempting to log into the wrong site. (Art Social or milanartinstitute.com)

If you are still unable to log in, please send a screenshot of the log in page after attempting to log in, to our Artist Support team by emailing info@milanart.com
