How can I find out how many payments I have left?

For current active payment plans:

  • Locate a receipt for one of your monthly payments
  • Click on the button that says 'View Your Customer Portal' at the bottom of your receipt
  • Put in your email address and click the blue button to get your magic link sent to your email.
  • Locate your email with the magic link and follow the directions inside.
  • Once you are in your customer portal, you should have multiple selections on the left that will allow you to see your purchases, payments and other details. 

For students who do not currently have an active payment plan, please email info@milanart.com and our support team will be able to provide this information for you.
